Monthly Giving:
Monthly giving is an easy and cost-effective
way to provide on-going financial support toward
helping the Society of Sharing continue to
deliver services to lonely seniors and adults
with disabilities in downtown Toronto.
Your monthly pledge amount can be paid through
your credit card or post-dated cheques. You
will receive one convenient consolidated tax
receipt yearly for all your donations.
In Memoriam:
When you make a donation in memory of a loved
one, the family or next of kin will receive
a keepsake card recognizing your donation.
Donation in Honour:
Donation in honour is an extraordinary way
to recognize a special occasion of loved one.
Whatever the occasion you are celebrating,
a birthday, anniversary, wedding or a specific
holiday. The Society of Sharing will send a
card to the person you indicate acknowledging
your donation. The amount of the gift will
not be disclosed.
Planned Giving:
If you want to make a substantial contribution
to Society of Sharing, planned giving allows
you to fulfill that wish. Your gift will have
a long-term impact on the lives of those we
serve through our programs.
Products for Christmas
Society of Sharing's Annual Christmas gift
bag program relies on donated products. Each
year we deliver approximately 200 gift bags
filled with non-perishable food, toiletries,
and practical items to our clients. If you
are interested in donating products please

Payroll Designation:
Did you know that you can make a donation
to the Society of Sharing through the United
Way Donor Designation Program? Contact your
payroll administrator and ask to arrange for
an automatic payroll deduction to go to the
Society of Sharing.

receipt will be issued for all donations of
$10.00 or more.
